Top Tips For At Home Workouts

We are in uncharted waters right now, learning to live our lives in new and different ways as we respond to COVID19. With so many of us working from home and staying home more than ever before I’m sharing how you can stay on track with your fitness habits right from your home. Been struggling to build a fitness routine? I’ve got you too. Whether you are just starting out or trying to adjust to a new routine, here are my top tips for how to achieve success with at home workouts.

 

 

MAKE SPACE

Find a space or make a space to use solely for working out over these next weeks/months. It is okay to re-purpose a room for the time being. We need to be flexible and make our space work for us.

MAKE TIME

Schedule when you’ll workout each day and how you’ll move your body. Having a schedule to follow is really helpful in staying accountable to yourself. Make an online workout date with a friend or tell your favorite instructor (you know who this is) that you’re joining their live class for extra accountability.

GET THE GOODS

There are tons of workouts you can do at home without any equipment, but if you are looking to add some equipment for at home workouts it is easy to do and thankfully Amazon is happy to deliver it all right to your door.
